ADMINISTRATIVE FEE

This is a one-time seasonal fee of $45 per household.

LATE PICK UP FEE

Any camper picked up after 5:30 PM will be charged a $15 per 15 minutes late fee.

*please note: canteen is included in the cost of tuition - each camper will receive a "wet" and "dry" snack daily. The tuition for Week 2 is $207 per camper, because camp will not be in session on July 4th. The sibling discounts for Week 2 will be $24 for the third child and $32 for the fourth child. 

• Boys camp accepts campers who were 4 years old by October of last year thru those that have completed 6th grade.
• Girls camp accepts camper who were 4 years old by October of last year thru those that have completed 8th grade.
• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• The registration fee, the administration fee and the first week of camp tuition is due at the time of registration, regardless of start date.
• Only full week registrations are accepted on a first come/first serve basis as space is limited.
• The tuition payment schedule is as follows: by May 15th - Weeks 2, 3; by June 15th - Weeks 4,5.  
• If you choose the online installment plan you may receive different payment dates and should adhere to that payment schedule  
• Camp Auxilium's preferred method of payment and registration is through the CampBrain online registration portal using credit/debit cards. 
  • If a family needs assistance registering or does not have access to a computer or the internet, they may call the office to set up an appointment for assistance.  
• When needed, cash or check may also be used to pay. If you are writing a check please make payable to Camp Auxilium and include the camper(s) name and session week(s) in the memo line of the check.    
  • Checks returned for insufficient funds, or for any other reason, must be replaced immediately by CASH or MONEY ORDER and will incur a $30 service fee. 
• No camper(s) may register for the current season unless all previous financial obligations have been met.
• If payment has not been received for the week, the parent/guardian will be called to pick up their camper(s) or pay in full that same day. Camper(s) will not be able to participate in the day's activities & will remain in the office until the parent/guardian arrives to pick up or make payment. 
• Once registered, if space is available, you may increase your weeks by calling the Finance Office or email them at [email protected].  Requests and payment for the added week(s) must be submitted at least 1 week in advance.

The Summer Camp season is approaching and you may have realized the need to request financial assistance for your camper(s). All information will be kept confidential.

In order to be considered for financial aid you must submit your completed application and all required paperwork no later than May 1st (please provide ALL items below):

• Complete Financial Aid application below (must include both parents/guardians information)

• Include ALL information for camper(s)
• Registration fee for camper(s) - See Fees & Tuition Rates tab
• Current Tax Return (ie. 2023 tax return for the 2024 camp season)
  • If you are making a claim of no income, you must submit the following two items as part of your application packet:
    • 1. A written statement explaining how and why the change in income took place.
    • 2. Documents that show no income from the previous year.
    • Please submit one of the following items below:
      • a) Any documents from a state or federal benefit agency that show zero income. These can be eligibility notices for food stamps or Medicaid for instance.
      • b) If zero income is due to the loss of a job, this can be proven by a termination letter or a notice of severance pay on your last paycheck stub.
      • c) A Request for Transcript of a Tax Return from the IRS (form 4506-T)
      • d) A Verification of Non-Filing Letter from the IRS*  * https://www.irs.gov/individuals/transcript-types-and-ways-to-order-them 
• Current W-2 forms for each parent/guardian (ie. 2023 W-2(s) for the 2024 camp season)

• Incomplete applications cannot be evaluated and will be disposed of properly.
• The evaluation process is timely; therefore, NO applications will be accepted after May 1st.
• Once the deadline has passed, we will evaluate each application and award financial aid to as many families as possible. We will contact each family with their determination.
