Camp Auxilium understands the important roles of our staff members as mentors. Our director, lead counselors, activity specialists, counselors, lifeguards and volunteers encourage campers to explore and try new things. They help campers learn to solve problems, make lasting friendships, and get the most out of the summer. They are trained to identify and meet the needs of individual campers, as well as to develop spirited and cohesive groups. Camp Auxilium staff training does not end at Orientation, but continues throughout the camp season with Lead Counselors, Activity Specialists and our Director mentoring our staff daily.
