Here are some practical questions and answers regarding the The Auxilium School:

 

    General FAQs

      Does the school have a nurse?
      Yes, The Auxilium has a school nurse.

      How do I find out about holiday and weather closings?
      Please check the yearly calendar for holiday or maintenance closings. Closings due to the weather will be announced through Instant Alert Solutions.

      What is your release policy?
      Children will only be released to parent(s)/guardian(s) or persons they have authorized by completing the Pick Up Authorization form.

      Does my child have to be Catholic to attend?
      No. Every effort is directed toward cultivating the formation and growth of a child who knows that he or she is loved by God and others, builds a positive self-image, begins to understand the difference between acceptable and unacceptable behavior, and acquires sensitivity to the rights and dignity of others.

      What are my choices for enrollment?
      Please see Our Programs and the Tuition and Fees schedule.

      When and how is the tuition paid?
      Tuition is paid BY THE 15TH OF EACH MONTH, PRIOR TO ATTENDING, and can be paid with cash, check or electronically using credit/debit card or checking account.


       
    Juniors FAQ's

      At what age does the Juniors Program start?
      We accept children beginning at 2½ years old.

      What are the hours?
      Our School Day starts at 8:45 AM and ends 2:00 PM. Utilize our Morning Care & After-School-Care programs for care from 6:30 AM thru 6:00 PM (please check below for more detailed information). The Auxilium School offers an excellent morning and after-school-care program where every parent knows their child is in safe, caring hands. Equipped with a spacious hall, toys and playgrounds, the setting offers a nice balance of social interactivity, play and rest in a family atmosphere. Children are often reluctant to go home because they are having so much fun. These programs are available for enrolled students only.

      Morning Care (6:30 AM - 8:45 AM)
      ~ 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM enter through the Hall Entrance
      ~ After 8:00 AM enter through the Main Office
      ~ Free with registration

      After-School-Care (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM)
      ~ Rest
      ~ Healthy snack provided
      ~ Plenty of playtime (outdoor play determined by the weather)
      ~ Daily rate of $10.00 until 4 PM/$20 until 6 PM

      Do I have to provide my child's snacks and lunches?
      Yes. You will need to provide your child with a healthy morning snack and lunch each day they attend.

      My child is not fully potty trained. Can my child be in this program?
      Yes. You will need to provide your child with any items needed for changing (diapers/pull ups, wipes, creams, etc)
       

       

    Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4 FAQ's

      What are the hours?
      Our School Day starts at 8:45 AM and concludes at 2:00 PM. Utilize our Morning Care & After-School-Care programs for care from 6:30 AM thru 6:00 PM (please check below for more detailed information).

      Are the teachers qualified?
      Yes.  All our teachers are certified.

       How do you determine what class my child will attend?
      The cutoff age is based on the County determination of October 1st of the respective year. This means your child has to be three and potty trained by the first of October to enroll in the three year program and so on.

      Is there bus service?
      No. Parents bring their children to school where they are escorted to their teacher by a parent pal.
