Thank you for choosing The Auxilium School and Infant/Toddler Program as your child’s “First Steps in Faith and Family”. This year we celebrate 40 years of serving the children of Sussex County and the surrounding areas! Please review the Tuition and Fees form found below for the program your child will be enrolling in. Then refer to the checklist below in order to ensure that you have completed the admission requirements:

Dear Parent,
 
  1. Please complete and return the Registration packet for the program your child is registering in along with the Non-refundable $100 New Registration fee/$60 Re-Registration fee. The Universal Health Form must also be completed and returned, along with current immunizations, for all NEW registrations. If you plan to pay by credit card, then please use the Credit Card Authorization form. Completely fill in all the forms and then fax or return them to the school office as soon as possible to reserve your child's place in class.

Please watch for information on our “Meet the Teachers - Family Picnic” which is held in August. This is a rain or shine event. We ask that you bring the above forms with you, as well as a copy of your child’s current immunizations as stated above. Designated Staff will be on hand to receive your child’s paperwork at which time you will receive your child’s ADMIT CARD for entry into class on his/her first day of school. Note: If this is your child's first year with us, then please also bring a copy of his/her Birth Certificate.

VOLUNTEERING: Helping with morning drop off, during lunch time, and/or helping to rock and/or feed the babies is a lot of fun and your child will love seeing you at school! Volunteer request forms are included in our registration packets, however family members such as grandparents, aunts & uncles are also welcome to volunteer. If you are interested in volunteering, then please review our Volunteer Request forms. Return completed forms to the school’s Main Office.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to volunteer at the school on a regular basis, you will need to complete a Protecting God's Children class. (Please visit www.virtus.org online, choose “Registration”, then “View a list of sessions”, choose “Paterson, NJ (Diocese) and then you will see a list of local classes. Choose a class and register for it.)
