KIDS & CAMP AUXILIUM - A PERFECT MATCH!

Any parents looking for a superior camp for their children will, no doubt, come up with hundreds of places. Any attempt to rival our facilities and what we offer will narrow that list down to...Camp Auxilium, again, no doubt. We have a 30 acre expanse with every nook and cranny existing with one focus in mind - KIDS!!! That's how it was since the inception of Camp Auxilium by the Salesian Sisters over 45 years ago when it began as resident camp for girls.

Upon entry, you are first welcomed by the pure beauty of a well loved and maintained facility and then, as you move about, you become impressed by its practicality. We can boast of an upper and lower level to our property, two big playgrounds, a huge field for kids to play multiple sports, courts for volleyball, basketball, tennis and hockey. Then we have archery terrain and even our own trails. Give kids a little puddle and what would they do? Now imagine two immense ponds. Boating, kayaking, frogging and fishing are a hit...well maybe not the mud part when it comes down to laundry. Tucked behind the pool is a miniature golf course and a music barracks. Are we done yet? Nope. We have two game rooms, three big playrooms, trampolines and a recreation hall with a full sound system large enough to accomodate dozens of kids for roller blading, relays, dances and shows. Then there's the Club House, the top floor reserved for learning about Jesus and the bottom for playing board games or watching videos. Did we mention the pool?

Camp Auxilium is so vast we manage over 600 kids easily, leaving no room for boredom but plenty of room to be tired by the end of the day. Parents can attest to it by the quiet ride back home.
